Beautiful new home less than 10 miles from Kyle Field. Quiet, secluded neighborhood just outside the city limits. PERFECT FOR GAME DAY WEEKENDS!! During your stay you will have complete access to the entire home. The house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath that sits on 1 acre of land. The living space of the home is open and spacious with quartz counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances with all the amenities you need for a comfortable weekend in Aggieland!

The house is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Please let me know if there are any issues with the house upon your arrival.
No parties or large events are allowed at the house.
No loud music/noise after 11PM - any complaints from neighbors or police visitation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of property.
Please be sure to only park in the driveway.
We provide plenty of trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and basic shampoo/conditioner, bath soap and makeup towels (black) for your convivence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
