Beautifully warm and inviting. This home has approx 2700 square feet of elegance. You've heard of luxury this home defines it all.
Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom stained Knotty Alder cabinets, high ceilings, and designer touches throughout. This custom home states the true meaning of your home away from home.

The entry welcomes guests with a 12 foot ceiling and large windows. As you enter you will notice the double crown molding throughout all the main areas.

The family room appoints a wood burning fireplace with built in cabinets on each side. Entertainment includes a 65" smart television fully equipped with blue-ray DVD and Direct TV services. Natural light radiates through the 8-foot tall windows lining the back side of this home. Open the blinds and enjoy a view of the wooded back yard or sit on the covered patio and bird watch.

The cooks dream kitchen allows seating for 8 and is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and enjoy your stay.

The large master suite includes a queen size bed, 50" flat screen television, tall windows and a spectacular view of the tall oak trees. Relax in a hot bubble bath in the master jacuzzi tub or rinse off in the separate shower, either way there is plenty of space to unwind. Also, in the master bath you will find granite counters with double sinks and vanity seating.

The second bedroom hosts a contemporary-style with a queen platform bed and private bathroom with tub & shower.

A large bathroom separates bedrooms 3 & 4 and offers a double sink with tub & shower combination
The third bedroom has a whimsical touch with a full size bed.
Bedroom four has a full size bed and a computer area.

An optional 5th bedroom/study offers guest a queen size bed with the option of adding an airbed upon request.

Very nice, quiet location. Close enough to access A&M but far enough away to miss the traffic and crowds. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Fabulous holiday stay!

The property exceeded expectations and had all the comforts of home. We were not present long enough to enjoy most aspects, but the rest we got while enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with local family was perfect. We were close to family, restaurants, etc! Danielle communicated with us throughout the process and made it easy to enjoy! The Christmas lights on the house were an added bonus!!!!

Loved This Property!

We had 10 guests, including 85+ grandparents. The house was well laid out, so comfortable for everyone. The extra fridge/freezer in the garage was very convenient. The hosts replied right away to all communications. The backyard was spacious with lots of outdoor seating. I highly recommend this property for family get togethers.

Beautiful & Spacious Home

The home was perfect for a Aggie gameday weekend. Being able to sleep family/friends in 4 private bedrooms with 3 full baths was a plus. There was also a bonus Murphy bed in a converted study with French doors. The house was very clean. The only thing I would note is that the house seems to be a family’s full time home and there was food in the fridge/freezer/pantry and there were clothes in most of the closets and dressers. It wasn’t an issue for us but more of something to be aware of. The back patio is also nice to sit outside if the weather is nice. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Met Our Family’s Needs

Our stay at this VRBO was excellent! We had a memorial service for the patriarch of our family. There was enough room to accommodate six adults and four teenagers. However, better communication with property management is needed. We did not receive the door code until the day of our stay. If this is policy, then an explanation of access and property rules is required. I only received the information after contacting VRBO late the night before our stay.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood

This home was great for our Thanksgiving week with our Aggie grandson. There were 11 of us and we had room to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. There was an extra frig in the garage which really helped our large group. The owner was always available to answer our questions and was very easy to work with. The location was excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Perfect for family weekend

We rent a house every November for a family football and birthday weekend. This was one of the best. Plenty of space for a large group, very comfortable and clean, and the location was great. Highly recommend!

Excellent property for a large group!

We visited for of football game and to see our Aggie student. We brought both sets of grandparents and our high school sons. We were very comfortable in the property. Hosts were easy to work with. We would definitely rent again.
