We will supply everything else. ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights.HOT TUB, great 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms,
Home located just off Hurricane Mountain Road. This home is ideal for families skiing, traveling, exploring, and vacationing; located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from North Conway Village. The main level consists of: one bedroom with a queen size bed and 3/4 bath and washer/dryer, The kitchen is fully equipped , dining area, and main living room complete with a couch. The upper level has 2 more bedrooms: one with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) and the other with a queen bed. The additional full bathroom on this level has a single person Jacuzzi. This property has a brand new all season indoor porch so no worries about bugs!! There is also a brand new firepit and a big gas grill. (perfect for an evening of fun, after a long day at Storyland!) The homes quaint charm makes a great and quite vacation with woods surrounding home but yet close to village and all amenities. There is so much to do in the MT Washington area that kids and adults will never be bored. I also live in area, and always available to you. Come on up and stay in this beautiful rental, I bet you will be back...If you love being in the country and yet close to everything then this is the home for you. We also allow one dog

Great property close to everything you could possibly need. Communication with host was sparse but sufficient, but some of the rules (a la doing loads of laundry before leaving) were weird and a touch overbearing. I wouldn't stay here again, but glad I had the experience.

The place was great. We had a wedding to go to during the weekdays, I would have hoped it would have been a little cheaper, but it was the only thing I could find that I could bring my dog, be in the woods, and have a hot tub. I think it was a really nice place, it was clean, we had enough room. We enjoyed playing cards in the three season room. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights, it was private and a very quiet place. It was relaxing for the amount of time we got to spend there.

Very nice property. We stayed during the summer and it was hot. Due to the design of the house and limited air conditioning, it was difficult to cool off the upstairs rooms even with the AC running all day. Probably not a problem for the property the majority of the year.

House was very clean! Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 young kids. House was cozy, but had the large enclosed porch area if you needed extra room to spread out. Outdoor area had a covered hot tub right off the porch and a nice fire pit area- just what you need. Nice flat lot with good privacy. One bedroom downstairs, with a second bedroom upstairs. The third bedroom upstairs had two bunk beds. Perfect to put the grandparents downstairs with us and the kids upstairs. House had a great rustic feel with a soaring ceiling, giving the second floor a cool loft feel. Thank you for a great stay.

Unfortunately the pictures make small rooms look bigger and vice versa. The bathroom downstairs was tiny and had the washer-dryer in there. No counter space in there. The downstairs bedroom was tight, would not recommend it to anyone over 250 pounds. The living room and new porch were huge! Loved the hot tub and fire pit area. Quiet area.

Great layout and space for our needs that met the listing description. Mostly selected the place for the hot tub. Was pleased with prompt communication from the host. We had a few minor issues that were resolved during our stay. I attribute a majority of the issue resolution with the great communication and willingness of the host to reach out to their network for help. Really grateful for that support.
