House was great with perfect location. Internet did not work for first 36 hours. Shared pool was small. Both my group and other family paid 500 to have the pool heated - seems there should be a process to refund for partial credit. Older coffee pot was brittle and broke on day 4 of 5. Overall, great stay in house. Beds comfy/cozy. Felt like we could walk in and relax, but will avoid this rental agency in the future.
