Waterside Unit 7 Mallacoota

Awesome, spacious, covered deck overlooking lake 200 metres from your shared jetty. Wonderful views. One block from bakery, bait and tackle, cafes and hotel. 7 mins stroll to surf, hotel and shops. Sit and watch the view and have a barbeque.

Unit 7 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.

Unit 7 has reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating.

There is plenty of parking on the grass on the right hand side between the cement main driveway and Unit 5.

Parking also in the back paddock next door - entry 3 Dorron Ave, Mallacoota ( next to Unit One). Boat mooring at your jetty below.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the units. Remember to bring your pets own bedding. Remember to put anti- tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks).

The unit is fenced with 1200 mm pool fencing to help slow down your pets or kids.

This unit is located directly across from the lake and just one block from the shopping strip.Perfect Location.The unit is small but comfortable and clean. The large outdoor deck taking in the beautiful lake views and lovely summer breeze is a definite bonus. We will definitely rebook this unit when we next visit Mallacoota.

Great Location

A perfect pace for us and our dogs to stay. Lovely unit with a great covered deck. Plenty of parking space for car and boat trailer with boat mooring at private jetty in view of our deck. Everything we required Caretaker Shane is a legend. Many thanks.

Lovely Xmas stay!

Had a lovely stay over Xmas in this unit, the cleanliness wasn't immaculate (but it sounds like it was down to the guests before us) - but the large deck overlooking the water was exactly what we needed for summer evening meals. It's a fabulous location with boat and kayak hires across the road, and just a 5min walk to great little cafes, bakeries and ice cream shops. Communication with the owner John was great - he was very helpful, as was Shane who was there to greet us!

Nice cottage with a beautiful lakeview. A great place to getaway from the city life.

The cottage is renovated and has a beautiful lakeview. The beds are very comfortable except for the 5th bed which is kind of soft. Shane, the Manager, is very helpful and attend to our needs promptly. We love the lakeview and enjoy BBQ very much!

3 day break in Mallacoota

Undoubtedly the best part of the accommodation was the expansive deck overlooking the lake. Beds were comfortable too. The living area is small with couch space for two people only. We shared the kitchenette with a mouse!

Relaxing stay

We had a great relaxing stay, which is exactly what we wanted. Great location. Short walk to town shops, bakery etc. Loved the big deck with great views. There is little privacy on the deck from your neighbours, but that didn't bother us at all. Would stay again if ever we're back in Mallacoota.

Comfortable accommodation with beautiful view. Friendly and helpful property manager. Great spot to explore surrounding beaches. The verandah is shared across the two properties with a divider between so good opportunity to go away with another family and share outdoor space.
