Village View Unit 3 Mallacoota

Unit 3 is not fenced. Enter through the gate at 3 Dorron Ave and Unit 3 is on your left. It has a large fenced paddock (not dog proof) beside it for you to park and wash cars and boats. There is boat mooring at our jetty below the units. (One boat mooring per unit)

Unit 3 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.

It offers reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating

Well behaved pets are welcome inside and outside the unit. We provide bowls for your pet. Please bring your pet’s bedding. Remember to put anti tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks).

In summary an economic central place to check out Mallacoota that is pet friendly, back deck, Wifi. Digital TV, two steps and plenty of off-street parking for boats. Entry to Unit 3 is from 3 Dorron Ave.

Penni the property manager was amazing. So helpful! There was no power in Mallacoota when we arrived and she stayed in communication with us, charged out phones on her generator, made sure we had candles in case it didn't come back on over night and was great with the kids. Even brough them over some activities. The location was great and despite the power and weather we really enjoyed our stay

Enjoyable experience. Great location, very pet friendly and great staff.

Lovely place

Bruce Waterside units are located in a great location, with access to local shops and the waterfront. The host surprised us with a cheese platter on arrival, and the unit has everything you need, like a home away from home. The local people are friendly, and we would love to visit again.

Very clean and great location

Extremely clean unit,stayed in Unit 3, unit had everything you need. Was extremely close to the shops and the pub. Only criticism would be that the lounge was very low and very uncomfortable. Really good for a two night stay but would want to stay any longer

Great location

The outside of the property doesn't do justice to the refurbs done inside. Very functional with a great location which is a short walk to the shops and water. Shout out to Shane the property manager who was friendly and always up for a chat.
