Mountain View Chateaux - A Lavish Mountain Retreat - Perfect for Large Families

The house was built in 1998 with the sole purpose of holding lavish, large scale parties and events, and over the years, there have been quite a few! Now, your family and friends can stay in one of the larger, most beautiful homes in Northern Utah, just minutes from ski resorts, mountain lakes and streams, hiking trails, and some of the most gorgeous views from the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains.

The house is the Main and Upstairs floors, with 4 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms in each, jetted tubs in the two largest rooms. Plenty of closet space, 2 kings and bunk beds in the largest two rooms, while the two standard bedrooms have a Queen bed in each.

The Main Floor consists of another master bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a jetted tub, but no shower. The shower in the bathroom on the upper floor hallway can be used instead.

This house is beautiful! The host was great to work with and he decorated the house for Christmas and it was so festive and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our large family and the house was stocked with everything we needed. It was really great to have two big gathering rooms over our Christmas holiday. There is only one TV in the house, we were ok with it because we didn't watch much TV. The kitchen appliances are awesome with 3 ovens. And most everything you need besides a crockpot and a mixer. There is plenty of dining space for 20 people. One thing others may want to know is that the owner lives in the basement portion of the house so that is not included when renting this home. There is still lots of room without the basement portion. And the owner brought us really yummy Christmas treats on Christmas Day which was very sweet. Our family had a great time in this home and made lots of memories. Thank you!

I strive for each and every stay to be as perfect as possible, and if anything is ever needed that requires my presence, I reside closeby.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is nestled on the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, just 25 miles North of Salt Lake City. It is a very quiet neighborhood, despite its very close proximity to two major highways making access in and out very easy.

What makes this property unique

The house is perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, or a cozy and lavish escape to the mountain all year round.
