Welcome to the Fisherman's Retreat! Centrally located in the heart of Port Isabel, this newly renovated and well appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bath boasts an open floor plan which is perfect for lounging with family and friends after enjoying a long day of fishing! This property has a dedicated boat slip off of the back deck which is connected to the marina. The boat fee is available for use for a fee. In addition, you can fish off of the back deck in the marina. The boat ramp is located 2 minutes away within the neighborhood. Equipped with WIFI enabled smart TVs, washer/dryer, and a beautiful backyard deck, this is the perfect space for work and play!

The condo is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The master bedroom has a smart TV so you can stream using your streaming accounts and also comes equipped with basic cable. The unit comes with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. The restroom is completely renovated. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom.

The living room has a smart TV and WI-FI equipped for streaming and comes with basic cable! The outdoor patio can be accessed via the living/dining room exterior door.

Parking is assigned and free. Please let us know if you will have more than two vehicles. Enjoy!
