Escape to this lovely condo in South Padre Island. With two comfortable bedrooms featuring one queen bed and 2 twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. The single bathroom includes a hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or getting ready for an evening out, this soothing retreat offers a marvelous place to call home. Enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer when you stay at our place. Full size washer and dryer in unit.
Hot tub located in lush courtyard. Cool down in the complex pool - heated Oct thru March. Parking for 1 car.

ALL RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF $35 MUST PURCHASE A $25 WRIST BAN DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH FOR WEEK OF EASTER TO PAY FOR ADDITONAL SECURITY AT THE COMPLEX. HOA RULE.

Garage not included in rental.

NO ELEVATOR - MUST CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIR TO REACH CONDO.

NO CHARCOAL GRILL ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY - CITY ORDINANCE.
