Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
BEACH TOWELS only: If you have time before you leave, please launder any you used and return to their drawer in the laundry room.
Reminder to log out of any streaming services you might have used on our TVs
If you use the sofa bed linens, please remove and leave them out to signal the cleaning team they should be laundered. Please check that the blue rocking chairs downstairs are bungeed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must follow rules of Sandpiper Cove. No third party booking by non-traveler. Non-smoking unit - all balcony, decks,stairs,covered parking area
Kindly avoid bringing sandy feet or shoes in the unit. Stays more than 9 nights require a mid-stay cleaning service promptly paid by guest $100.
Do not tamper with the internet modem, ----------- Nest hub (laundry room) or obstruct or tamper with the outdoor security camera (front doorbell)

This condo was absolutely perfect for our visit. Communicating with Laura was very easy and she was very accommodating & helpful.

Laura is helpful and responsive. The rooms were clean and environment quiet, with immediate access to the canal. I feel short-changed when 2 of the 9 days are shortened to 8 hours of access to the room. You’re not allowed to check in any earlier than 4pm, and must check out by 9 am. Nonetheless, you pay for a full day. We went the room well before 4pm, and there was no cleaning going one. No reason to postpone access until 4pm. It’s just fair to charge full-rate for days when you only get to use it for 8 hours.
