This unit is directly on the beach however, it is not the cleanest hotel or unit. The hotel over all in rundown and so are most of the units in this building. I booked for my sons wedding weekend. I woke up on wedding day, a Saturday to a person hanging from the bulling doing construction work. Not something we would like to see on a wedding day when my son and his Dad were getting ready in the room. Contacted the host and of course response is nothing they can do. The unit has a great view but that is about it. Unit is next to the elevator so noisy for sure. Balcony had lots of paint shaving and other debris from construction work, kitchen needs updating, beds were not comfy, headboards knocked against the wall. Kitchen is not stocked at all, there was no ice maker, the ice maker on the bottom floor, the only one, did not work. Hotel told us to stand next the kitchen door of the restaurant to get ice. I stood in line for 35 minutes to check in. Parking you must pay separately, there is no bell service.
