Trash pickup is Tuesday mornings — set bins out Monday night, return to garage after pickup

Jeep in garage is not for guest use

Hot tub is controlled by the iPad inside the home

Guests must not tamper with pool equipment outside

✅ General Rules

Check-in: 4:00 PM or later | Check-out: 10:00 AM

No parties or events allowed 🚫

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Registered guests only – no unregistered visitors overnight

🐾 Pets

1 pet allowed (up to 70 lbs) with prior approval and pet fee

Pets must be house-trained and kept off furniture/beds

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets

🚭 Smoking

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

Smoking outside only; please use designated disposal

🏊 Pool & Outdoor Areas

Use the pool at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty

No glassware near the pool or lanai area

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool

Please rinse off sand before entering the pool or home

🗑️ Trash & Community Rules

Trash and recycling must be placed in designated bins

Cans must not be visible from the road except on collection days (HOA requirement)

Noise must be kept to a respectful level, especially after 10 PM

🛋️ Care of the Property

Please use coasters provided to protect wood furniture

Do not move large furniture

Only toilet paper may be flushed (home is on a septic system) 🚽

🔐 Safety & Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the property

Security cameras are on the exterior (front door & garage) for guest safety

Tampering with cameras or safety equipment is strictly prohibited
