Empty any food waste from the refrigerator
Take out the kitchen trash and recycling
Turn off all lights throughout the home
Adjust the thermostat to 78°F- 85F. Ensure the oven, stove, and coffee maker are turned off, Turn off all TVs and electronics, Close and lock all windows
Close and lock all doors (front, back, and garage if applicable)
Extinguish the fire pit completely and ensure no embers remain
Bring in any outdoor cushions or items that were moved outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
