This airy, spacious home has 3 BR & 2 BA which can sleep 6 comfortably plus at least 2 more on the office futon and queen blowup mattress.

The home has a 2-car garage, full-size washer & dryer, high speed WiFi & cable TV. The master suite has a queen sleigh bed, sitting area, huge walk-in closet, garden tub & large walk-in shower. The other bedrooms each have queen beds as well. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The living area with vaulted ceiling & large remote-controlled ceiling fan, comes with a large TV, "fireplace", recliner, chaise & U-shaped sofa, comfortably seating many people. The dining area easily seats 6-8 and opens into the fully furnished kitchen with all electric appliances. In this dining area is a secure sliding door to the lovely pool complete with lighted waterfall, BBQ, table for 4 & more outdoor seating. The back yard is completely fenced offering privacy when using the pool or dining outside.

This property is a sports enthusiasts' dream, being within 7-15 miles from the many pro-baseball spring training facilities, University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the AZ Cardinals), arena, Westgate bars & restaurants, the new Tanger Outlet Mall, and more. The home is perfect for the Fiesta Bowl. Golf courses in the West Valley & Scottsdale, the Phoenix International Raceway, NASCAR & NHRA facilities are also close by.

This home's open plan is perfect for family gatherings, girls' get-aways, & groups traveling together who want to stay together. The corner-lot home is one-story with no stairs and easy access for all. There is a grassy park at the end of each block. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway apron + plenty of space on the side street.
Casa Armando is 3 miles from I-10, making traveling to near-by sites very easy: Sky Harbor Int'l Airport is a 25-minute drive; Sedona, a 2.5-hour drive; Tucson, a 2-hour drive; Flagstaff & Grand Canyon, 3.5 hours away; Las Vegas & Los Angeles, each 5 hours away; San Diego, 6 hours away.

This home is 3 blocks from drug & grocery stores + Red Box movie rental, just minutes away from a walk-in clinic, post office, fitness facilities, many shopping centers. All of these places are easy to get to on the wide Phoenix streets.

This was a beautiful home with a very nice pool. The home had everything we needed! We really enjoyed everything about the home. It was in a nice neighborhood and there were several parks that we could walk our dog! It was one of the best places we have rented.

Great Getaway

Property was as described and very comfortable. Groceries nearby, highways for day trips, and the perfect pool and patio for entertaining. Very comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Also fenced yard for our dogs. Would definitely stay again.

So many relaxing spots I thought I’d never leave!

A kitchen fully outfitted with everything you need while away including pool toys and furniture, seating areas outside and inside, a mini office front room space for work from home or if needing to do some remote work while on vacation. I also fell in love with the setup of the living room, games, how cozy it was and made us feel like we were home yet on vacation!

Loved the lay out of the house. The property owner and "hostess" were great. Excellent communication and service. The property was very spacious for our family of five. It had all of the supplies needed for an enjoyable stay - including coffee, towels for the pool, zip lock bags, etc. Grocery store, drug store, gas station, Walmart, and fast food all within a few minutes of the property. Fine dining was a bit of a search.

Wonderful property surprisingly close to downtown Phoenix

This property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless. The owner had stocked all the basic necessities in terms of spices and little cooking add-ins. There was a table large enough for us to host Thanksgiving dinner for visiting family. The beds were comfy and the rooms rreasonably large. The master bedroom is huge, with a somewhat dated but still lovely en suite bath and a ginormous walk-in closet. Two small detractors--only one space in the garage was available to park cars, and the swimming pool heater was not functioning. Other than that it would be hard to beat this place for comfort and value.

Quality construction & decorating, reliability of owner, cleanliness, comfortable mattresses, and having basic supplies provided are the top items I look for in a well-attended and nicely-appointed VRBO rental. That being said, we felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home ... especially, the swimming pool during the 100 degree days! My wife and I have stayed in about a dozen VRBO properties over the years, and none have come close to Delia's in terms of comfort and convenience. The house was immaculately clean when we moved in. We soon found that the light switches are labeled to indicate the room lighting, and there are helpful notes posted around the house. The house is tastefully decorated and very well-furnished throughout, including the pool area. The kitchen is completely equipped, with a selection of appliances that one does not usually find in a rental property. Delia was instantly responsive when a couple of minor issues did come up during the three months that we were there, and was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Delia's house!

Wonderful stay in Tolleson

My wife and I, along with her sister and her husband have stayed in the Phoenix area for the last five years to escape some of the Midwest winter. This was our first time staying at Casa Armando, and we loved it. We had a very enjoyable stay in Delia's beautiful home. It is wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. The neighborhood is nice, with a Fry's grocery store in walking distance. We enjoyed the easy access to I-10 and the Loop 101 for all the activities we liked to do. Having Delia's sister Connie right across the street is an added benefit. Connie met us on our arrival, showed us around the house and made sure we felt at home. Any communication we have had with either Delia or Connie has been pleasant, friendly, and positive. Any needs we expressed were taken care of efficiently and in a timely fashion. We're looking forward to staying here again next year. Bill, Muriel, Nadine, and Jerry

Wonderful Large home

Home was great. Included everything you needed with plenty supplies, linens, towels, dishes, etc. One of the best homes we have stayed at. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to major roads. We very much enjoyed the lovely back yard with patio and pool to sit in the sunshine every day. You won't be disappointed in this home. Owner and manager were great to work with also.
