Beachfront Condo on Caye Caulker - Steps from the beach and has a pool

Beachside, close to the island activities, cozy condo with a queen bed plus a murphy double bed, sleeps one to four, tastefully furnished, newly remodeled in November 2021! Steps away from the beach and Caribbean Sea. The ocean breeze is your companion as you explore the wonderful island of Caye Caulker. Enjoy the amazing sights, culture, and experiences the island has to offer. When it's time to relax, linger in your unit, or step over (literally) to the pool overlooking the sea.

We are off-site, out of the country most of the time. We can be contacted by email. There is onsite management of the property to help with any needs you may have during your stay.

Amenities: Wi-fi, air conditioning, smart TV, hot water, room darkening shades, kitchen space with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishes, silverware, towels, linens, queen size bed, double size murphy bed, safe in the room.

There is a cleaning fee of $25 USD per stay.

We fully enjoyed our stay. This unit does not have a view, but that was fine with us. We were out and about and enjoyed having a nice clean safe place to sleep and shower. The unit was nicely apointed and the staff was really friendly. Nicely locted to be able to walk anywhere without the need of a cart.

Centrally located but far enough away from the hubub of Caye Caulker. Hosts are very attentive and communicative and helped solve an AC problem quickly. Overall, a good home base for activities on the island.

AC worked pretty well. Quiet area. Is more a studio than a one bedroom. Staff at location were great and helpful. Unit is on a side hallway so there is no direct sea view per se. Pool was pleasant to have. Room was clean upon arrival. No laundry facility on site but available in town. Has a small kitchenette setup. Good choice for the price.

Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025

Our accommodations were clean but simple. No blanket on the bed, only sheets. The sheets were clean but yellowed. Only 2 towels for the whole week for us. AC was great and always kicked in quickly. Area was very quiet and felt safe. Location is close to everything.

Nice little condo

The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Everything was clean and ready for us. The condo was in good condition The communication with the owner was great. The property manager was kind. The ac worked well and wasn't loud. It cooled down the condo quickly every time we came back. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was a nice home base to have between our activities during our short stay on the Island. The area was quiet at night and we were able to sleep just fine.

Caye caulker

The condo was so close to everything. The condo was quite adequate. Comfortable bed , hot showers, refrigerator , and coffee maker. Alex at the office was very sweet and Mathew Maintenance was helpful. My stay at condo was amazing. I left the cold weather of Wisconsin and enjoyed the hometown feel of Caye Caulker. I will be back. Right in the middle of everything

If you like to be in the middle of everything and able to walk just a few minutes to the split or just about anything on the island, this is a great place to stay. The unit is on the side of the building so we didn't have a front view but that didn't really bother us because you can walk just a few steps and see the sunrise from the catwalk. The sign for the Condos is not very good so you just need to know it is right across from the red restaurant called Saltys. Super quick and easy walk from the ferry. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is not a resort so you can make your own meals or go out as much as you please. The staff is super helpful and kind. The pool is very clean and inviting.

This was a good place to stay. The signage is faded and you won't see it. It is straight across from Salty's. The pool was nice to have and the location was amazing and in walking distance of many places. We decided to rent a golf cart so that we could explore more. There were not enough towels for 2 adults, 1 child Theee was not enough hot water at all, make Sure you don't even turn the cold water on at all. The tv is small and too far from the bed so thankfully it wasn't needed that much since we were out Of the room a lot Nice place and Caye Caulker was amazing in general. Everyone was so nice and welcoming

We enjoyed this property as far as location. It was clean and convenient. Would have preferred the air conditioner to have not been so loud. That’s the only complaint. It’s so loud it’s hard to sleep, but hot so hard to sleep without it. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

We are a family from Texas that loves the island and are planning to retire there. Until then, we want you to experience all the island has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the island in 2016 because the island is laid back and relaxed. When we get there, we enjoy the lifestyle. We also enjoy snorkeling, swimming in the beautiful Caribbean and the local cuisine. We try to go barefoot through our travels there, too! Our resort, Popeyes Beach Condos, is just about 200 feet from the Ocean Ferry dock.

What makes this property unique

Walking works for almost all the places you will travel. In the event you are more adventurous, rent a bike or golf cart. The bike rental at most convenience stores is $15 BZD for the day! Ask the staff for directions to George's golf cart rental.
