We had a great time staying at this property. We walked to the beach several times but also used the beach shuttle several times. Paula picked us up from the house or the beach within a couple of minutes every time we called! It was nice having games and beach toys, chairs, and a wagon included with the house.

My family and I had a great time at the house. Everything was perfect!! House was clean and the kids enjoyed their rooms. Andrew was very helpful. We didn’t use the pool since the kids wanted to play in the sand at the beach. We will definitely book here again!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable. We had a minor issue on the 1st day with the little refrigerator in the 3rd floor and management was prompted to respond and send someone to fix it. Any information or questions, they were fast to reply. The other minor issue we had was the main TVs seem not to be able to connect to stream, but not big deal for us, and I never mentioned it to them, we wanted to take advantage of the pool and beach, we were not so into watching TV… We really enjoyed our stay and love the place. Side note: I would hugely encourage you to discuss with the neighborhood management the behavior of one lady from the pool staff. There was a very rude blonde women, who one of the days, she prohibited our girls from playing with a ball in the pool, one of the girls replied her, that there was no one in the pool but them, (which was completely true, it was early in the day) plus she did not see anything about it on the pool rules sign and the blonde lady very rudely told them, it was a rule and if they didn’t stop, she was going to kick them out. The girls left and she proceeded to follow them almost to home. This a Very serious, concerning and completely unacceptable behavior!!! The rest of the staff was good and polite, but her.
