We had a great stay! The home is perfectly located with easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed walking to Sandos, a coffee/Tiki bar conveniently located right at the entrance to the subdivision.The included golf cart was a wonderful bonus and made our short commutes both convenient and enjoyable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the beautiful saltwater pool was a definite highlight of our stay.One thing to note is that the first-floor bathroom is only accessible through the first-floor ensuite bedroom.Any minor needs or questions we had were addressed promptly by Jessica.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Cotta Getaway was a great property with a lot of amenities. The pictures and details are accurate . The property was very recently renovated and everything is new. It has 3 large king size bedrooms with their own onsuite. There are 2 small bunk rooms. 2 AC units kept the unit temperature as desired. The pool area is like a mini resort with 2 tables, chairs and chaise lounges. They even include beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The golf cart was the icing on the cake and allowed us to easily go to the Crab Trap park and walk right out to the beach, not to mention grocery and restaurants.

The best week! The house was perfect! Kitchen was amazing and well stocked for a cook! Easy walk and access to the beach. Pool was the best for the kids. Centrally located. Golf cart rides were the best! Would definitely book this beautiful home again!

This home is very well maintained. Linens and towels and beach chairs and umbrellas are good quality. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pool and gas grill and golf cart were very nice to have! Made our stay super easy! Would rent again.

The stay was amazing! It’s so close to the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool every night. The house was stocked with everything we needed from making meals to having chairs for us to bring to the beach. The hosts were amazing, very responsive, and so easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for people to stay here!
