Welcome to this charming new condo located on Indian Point/Branson. Next to Silver Dollar City! This superb property features 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed. A pack and play is available for your little one. Table with seating for 6 and a full kitchen. Full size washer and dryer along with detergent are located in the condo for guest use. Each bedroom and the living area have 50 inch Roku tv’s. Sleeps 6~7 people. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and relax in the gorgeous living space or out on the large deck. The deck has a table with 6 chairs and a seating area for 4 people. The complex has a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, play area and walking trails with lake access. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this condo is the perfect retreat. Branson is 15 min away. Indian Point Marina is a few miles down the road. They have a floating cafe, boat rentals and rental boat slips. Rock Lane and the Tiki Bar with swimming pool is a few minutes away. Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza is a few minutes away. Branson West has fast food, restaurants, Walmart, Dollar Tree and Dollar General along with a grocery store all are 5-10 minutes away. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
