THIS HOME FEATURES TWO LEVELS, WITH THE MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED ON THE UPPER FLOOR AND ACCESSIBLE VIA AN EXTERIOR STAIRCASE. USE CAUTION WHEN NAVIGATING THE INTERIOR SPIRAL STAIRCASE, AS IT MAY BE NARROW OR STEEP.

THIS IS A PET FREE HOME. HOWEVER, IF EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO ALLOW PETS, THE PET FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING.

NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR AROUND OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE as this is a non-smoking home.
