The fully updated kitchen, stylish dining area, and comfortable lounge flow effortlessly to the patio — where mountain views and a cozy fire pit await your enjoyment. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as your relax at our desert escape. Cooking for your family? We offer a private built-in grill just off the kitchen and dining room patio.

The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Primary Suite: King bed with luxurious linens and en suite bath

Guest Room 2: King bed with ample storage and en suite bath

Guest Room 3: Queen bed and dedicated desk, perfect for remote work or quiet reading

Located directly on a pristine golf course within the private country club community Palm Valley, Villa Solara offers tranquility and exclusivity. Guests also have the option to purchase guest access to the clubhouse’s pickleball, tennis, and athletic facilities through our membership. Palm Valley has nearly 50 pool and spas for guest enjoyment, including 2 just a few minutes walking from our home.

Ideally situated near the best of the desert: just 5 minutes to Acrisure Arena, 10 minutes to luxurious shopping and dining on El Paseo, 10 minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 15 minutes to Coachella and La Quinta, and 25 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and PSP Airport.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close and lock all sliding doors upon departure.
Please take any Trash to the Palm Valley waste bins located near 38785 Wisteria Drive on your way out of the property.
Please do not run dishwasher! Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise ordinance - after 10PM, please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise indoors to an acceptable conversational level. Palm Valley Ordinance.
Outdoor music kept to a reasonable volume, and no outdoor music after 10PM. Palm Valley ordinance.
There is no access for guests on the Golf Course. While it is feet from our door, this is for private members only. Please refrain from accessing.

This is an awesome home in a great location (Palm Valley CC). Among other features, it has a beautiful open kitchen, comfortable living room, and a great back patio overlooking the golf course and with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The owner was wonderful, proactively providing information at key points in the run up to and during our rental. I highly recommend renting it.
