This lovely two bedroom 1 bathroom cottage puts you in Savannah’s beautiful Historic District.

Park your car or cars in your two dedicated off-street spaces.

Step inside and enjoy the open plan that flows from the living room to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads to the covered outdoor screened-in patio with ceiling fan.

The Primary bedroom has a queen size bed.
The Second bedroom is configured with two twin beds.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the full bathroom is THRU the Primary bedroom.

Comfortable and well appointed urban cottage. Beautifully equipped kitchen and bath. Comfortable beds, good towels and sheets. Great WiFi. Free off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

We only allow 1 dog (please inquire about more than 1 dog)

What an amazing place to stay in Savannah! The cottage was beyond our expectations and was perfect for our family and pets to enjoy Savannah. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Cottage was well maintained and was located about 20 minute walk to River Street and closer to most of the things we wanted to see. Free parking was nice. If we go back to Savannah, there is no other place we would rather stay than the Mariner's Cottage

Great use of a small space. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom and kitchen were gorgeous. Shower was a little slow to drain, but it was okay. Very close to everything we wanted to do. The decor was wonderful.

This was a great property walking distance to Savannah highlights. Was also pet friendly and allowed us to take nice walks around the block in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect way to enjoy the city!

The cottage was nice , and well furnished, we really enjoyed our stay! The only fault we could find was the lights in the kitchen , and the lack of privacy in the small backyard, also , the bathtub was in need of some caulking around the tub , but all in all , a cute little place , close to downtown, and old Savannah.We would like to come back , and recommend this cottage to friends

This is a charming property located within walking distance of the city center. It is in a quiet location with good parking (a plus in Savannah). The bedrooms are ample, the kitchen and bath fully stocked with every amenity, including a martini shaker and glasses waiting on a tray. Best of all is a screened-in porch that seats four people comfortably. Nice choice for a couple or small family. Worth noting the bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom. The host was very responsive but the cottage had every thoughtful convenience. Good and comfortable choice for a visit to Savannah.

Great owners! We had an issue on Saturday evening & they were in constant contact & sent help within hours. The cottage was great & very cozy. My daughters LOVED how comfortable the beds were in their room. Ceiling fans were also very good, an odd thing to mention, I know, but they moved a ton of air. We enjoyed our time there & would stay again.

This is a very cute little cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. It worked perfectly for our needs and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very walkable for many things we had to do on our visit.
