This quaint above ground suite has one bedroom and one bathroom with a full size shower, as well as a full kitchen with everything you will need. There is plenty of room to store your mountain bikes securely in the attached garage space. Full sized laundry (shared with owner). The property is steps from popular hiking and biking trails including Lynn Canyon, Baden Powell, and the Fromme trail network. Downtown Vancouver is less than 15 kilometers (10 miles) away. There are coffee shops and grocery stores just minutes from the property. On site and street parking available.

We had a great stay. Colette was a wonderful host and gave us a very warm welcome.The accommodation is tastefully decorated and filled with natural light. We appreciated the large secure space for storing our bikes.The location is perfect: close to the Mt. Fromme trails, shops, and services. Having a parking space in the courtyard was also very convenient.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Colette’s suite was welcoming and the perfect home base for our days in Vancouver! Close to grocery stores and in a nice neighborhood! She was communicative and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay in Lynn Valley

This is a quiet, private, one bedroom basement suite, near transit and shopping, and rideshare is easy as well. I really appreciated the location for my needs, and my ability to do laundry, and a stocked fridge and cupboards for water, tea, coffee, dishes and cleaning necessities. I let the owner know that my flight would arrive very late on arrival and I had no trouble accessing the suite. Thank you.

10/10 - Perfect spot in a beautiful garden setting!

We had an extended stay at this suite due to unexpected house repairs. Our host was wonderfully understanding and accommodating from the very beginning and throughout our stay. The space is very clean, cute and cozy, and looks out onto an amazing tranquil back garden. The suite is extremely well stocked with everything you need and has every amenity, including access to full size laundry facilities and off-street parking. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend!

We chose this location because of easy public transportation to either Vancouver or to trailheads. No rental car required and no Uber surge prices during World Cup. Apartment is a basement unit with living room, full kitchen, 3/4 bath, and queen bedroom. Clean, quiet, cozy. No AC. All as advertised. Access to unit is through keyed side door of garage, and second keyed door accesses the apartment. We spent almost no time in unit as we were out exploring North Vancouver, Vancouver, and hiking Lynn Canyon area. Quick rides on bus to all 3. 10 minutes walk to corner where groceries and dining was available.

My husband and I spent three nights at this property. The neighborhood seemed very nice. It was tucked into a favorite area, as I was told by the locals. The property is very centrally located to tourist attractions, but still out of the busy city. There is a bedroom, bathroom/shower, full kitchen, and TV room with a small table. Wi-fi is included. The host provides dish soap/sponge, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and everything needed to wash/dry clothes as well. You will have your own private entrance to the property and half of the driveway if you have a car. The backyard is a beautiful garden to enjoy on nice days. At times, I could hear movement of those living upstairs above us, but that was very minimal. Overall if you are looking for somewhere to sleep at a reasonable price for what is offered, look no further than this location!
