We booked this for our construction crew who were completing some work in the area. This is a sketchy neighborhood / location. The crew refused to stay there.

It was ok. Needed more seating, not enough plates or silver ware, there were mice that got in our food, the host was good at getting back wt us if there was an issue.

INACCURATE & DISGUSTING. The listing states that a Queen bed is in the living room. There is NO bed in there. I messaged the host and was told that it's actually an air mattress. When looking for it in the closets as instructed, I found a PILE OF DIRTY LAUNDRY, one of which appeared to be a towel WITH BLOOD ON IT. Our beds had dirt and hair in the sheets. No soap in the bathrooms. Neighborhood is VERY SKETCHY. We left after 30 minutes. Tried to get a refund and host never responded. ZERO STARS.

Scary neighborhood. Not safe for families.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the laundry items that were inadvertently left visible by our cleaning team. As soon as this issue was brought to our attention, we addressed it directly with our cleaners, and it has not occurred again. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, we promptly clarified that the additional sleeping accommodation was an air mattress. We take cleanliness very seriously and strive to ensure every guest arrives to a properly prepared home. While we understand this guest chose to depart shortly after arrival, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right. We appreciate the feedback and have used it to further improve our processes for future guests.
