Aside from a few initial misunderstandings, the stay was positive. The house is a little dated but perfectly functional, and certainly in one of the best locations in Baan Bua. James is a good, friendly, and helpful person, and the housekeeping is regular, albeit typically Thai.I recommend staying here.

Thank you for your kind compliments. I am glad your family enjoyed your stay in our little piece of paradise. Baan Bua Estate is easily the most sought after location in Phuket due to its beauty and proximity to one of the World's best beaches. The Villa has been modernised prior to your stay and that process will continue so it remains a true luxury experience for vusitors to the Island. Thank you for being great tenants and we would welcome you again on any return visit. James and Sharon Baxter
