8/10 Good

Nice house. The description was a little misleading.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice but there were a few things we noticed from the original description that were misleading. The term direct access, to us, implies on the beach. The direct access was a boardwalk that lead to the beach without having to cross any roads. There was originally a photo of an ocean through a window but you can’t see the ocean from the house. I believe there needs to be a little more direction in how to use the thermostat and convection oven. Not all people are accustomed to these. It took some trial and error to learn how to adjust the thermostat. Also, being directly on the road, there is a lot of noise. We did enjoy our stay but there wouldn’t stay there again.
