Beautiful country setting nestled up to Morgan-Monroe State Forest. 4 wineries and several wedding venues nearby. 20 minutes to Indiana University, 30 minutes to historic Nashville Indiana and 35 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the outdoors with plenty of hiking and biking trails. Relax on one of three decks and take in the beauty of the surrounding area. Inside you'll find a spacious living area downstairs complete with living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
