Beautiful house, beautiful scenery and awesome location, close to downtwon Nashville, IN and Brown County State Park. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay, and Seth even let me use his gas grill which was a big bonus. He was also very responsive to text messages prior to our stay to make sure all our questions were answered. 10/10 !
Overall great place to stay! Had everything we need with a great location. Only complaint would be the bedroom was hot, but we were there on a very hot couple of days.

Candace, thank you for the great review! I’m happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the carriage house well stocked and in a convenient location. You’re right — those few days were part of a major heatwave across much of the country, and it definitely made things warmer than usual. I appreciate you mentioning it, and I’m looking into some extra cooling options for those especially hot stretches. Glad you still had a great visit!
THIS WAS SUCH A FUN PLACE TO STAY. THE HOST HAD LOTS OF COURTESY EXTRAS THAT DID NOT GO UNNOTICED. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED NICE.

We loved our stay. It was a nice getaway for two. Some trouble with keeping cool at night. But overall very enjoyable to be a few minutes outside of Nashville.

Great little property for a couple, very comfortable and clean. Agree with the reviewer who said it would be nice to have a bit more outdoor space -- I would have liked having breakfast out there with my binoculars to do some birdwatching!

The people were very accommodating to changes we had to make. It is a quiet one bedroom, one bath place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there.
Familiar with Nashville and Brown County but first time staying for several days. Enjoyed the shops, hiking at state park and cozy place to stay with plenty of privacy. Good chance to take a break during the long winter months. Will be back!

Great getaway for me and my daughter taking her senior pictures… Very clean and comfortable, close to downtown shopping, owners very accessible and offered any help if needed, overall great experience
Perfect setting to relax and enjoy a meal with a partner after a day browsing through downtown Nashville or an invigorating day spent exploring Brown County State Park.

We really enjoyed our stay for the total solar eclipse, which we watched from our balcony. The cabin was very clean. It is surrounded on three sides by a wooded valley and has great views from the windows, plus skylights in each room. Seth and Molly were fantastic hosts.
