Townhouse of 100m2 situated in a quiet residential area just 50 meters from the beach and 200 mts Calera La Playa del Inglés.

 The property is arranged on two floors in a secluded plot with front and rear garden. The first floor features a large kitchen open to living room from which you can enjoy views over the rear garden. It has electric kettle, cooker, vitroceámica plate, electric mixer, electric ... etc. It also has a covered terrace for your meals. In the rear of the garden there is a small terrace with all you need to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views of Cliff 'La Merica'. The ground floor also has a bright bathroom with shower 140 * 80. On the top floor of the house is a bathroom and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with double bed of 1.60 * 2.00 with garden has a terrace. The second and third bedrooms, one double and one single, with beds 90 * 2.00, which is accessed from a small lounge overlooking the Mérica and Teguergenche. The house get ready wifi, Astra Satellite Tv, Tv 32¨ flat, rent everything you need for your enjoyment expecting a private parking space at the entrance, barbecue, garden shower and many more extras to enjoy a few days unforgettable in Valle Gran Rey. We have washing machine, baby cot, baby potty chair and bathtub.

At 50 meters you can find great restaurants, such as Baifo featuring exotic and oriental food, La Islita is a rich Italian restaurant, La Gondola Pizzeria next to the beach where they make very good salads and fresh fish, shrimp ,, etc.
At 100 meters you will find the bus stop and also approximately 50 meters have a tourist office where you report all kinds of tours, transport, schedules ... etc.
Also nearby you will find a rent a car and bike rental, a supermarket and an agency of boat trips called Excursions Tina, do whale watching and visits to the Organs of La Gomera that can only be visited in boats. There is also a diving agency.

Betten gut, Zimmer Doppelbett und je Einzelbetten belegt, Bad sauber und gut, im ersten Stock ohne Fenster, Balkone an jedem Zimmer, im Doppelzimmer Richtung Garten sehr großzügig. Garten mit Terasse für Essen, großer Esstisch, hinten im Garten Sitzplätze in der Sonne, mediterrane bunte Blumen, herrlich.

Schöne Tage auf La Gomera

Wir waren dort mit einer 4 köpfigen Erwachsenengruppe und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen von der guten Kommunikation vor der Anreise, dann das problemlose einchecken und nicht zuletzt der Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt günstig - am Rande und trotzdem noch zentral im Ort. Es hat eine schöne Südlage (wir haben im Januar oft auf der Terrasse gesessen) und bietet viel Platz. Durch die günstige Aufteilung der Schlafmöglichkeiten auch gut geeignet für 4-5 Erwachsene. Ein Hinweis: das Haus ist schon älter und die Außenanlagen mit Campingstühlen und das Kochgeschirr könnten durchaus erneuert werden. Und zu guter letzt: wir haben Celia nicht treffen können aber die Kontakte aren sehr freundlich.

Super Lage und nette Vermieter

Für uns als Familie sehr komfortabel, haben den kleinen Garten und die 2 Bäder mit unserem Teenager sehr genossen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert.

Perfekte Lage

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt perfekt nur wenige Minuten vom schönsten Strand aus meiner Sicht, im Ortsteil Playa Valle Gran Rey. Am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse, super ruhig, aber in 5 Minuten waren wir zu fuss im Meer, bei unserem Lieblingsrestaurant an der kleinen Promenade und bei der abendlichen Sonnenuntergangszeremonie am Strand. Der kleine Garten hintendran gibt sehr schön Privatsphäre, findet man auch eher selten im Valle Gran Rey. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen da, im linken Hausteil A. Aus der Beschreibung konnte ich leider vorher nicht ersehen, dass im ganz kleinen Zimmer eines der Betten ein Zustellbett ist. Da wir alle um die 50 Jahre sind, bedeutete das für einen von uns schlechten Schlaf, und da das Zimmer mit 2 Betten komplett voll war, ging entweder nur die Balkon- oder die Zimmertür auf. Das kleine Zimmer ist wohl eher für eine Einzelbelegung geeignet. Insgesamt ist das ein einfaches Haus, das in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten war nach unserer anfänglichen Aufräumaktion ein willkommener Ruheort, auf der Terasse fanden alle unsere Mahlzeiten statt. Die Kommunikation mit Celia, der Vermieterin, war per Email völlig unkompliziert und auf fehlende oder defekte Sachen hat sie augenblicklich und am selben Tag reagiert. Mit bis zu 5 Leuten würde ich sofort wieder hierher kommen. Dann passt das auch mit 1 Auto besser, denn für das 2. Auto hatten wir jetzt das Glück, dass wir den Stellplatz der rechten Doppelhaushälte mitnutzen konnten. Abends wird man es sonst schwer los, alle Parkplätze waren immer voll. Bilder 7, 12, 15, 18 und 19 gehören zu unserer Haushälfte, die Einrichtung scheint aber ähnlich in beiden Haushälften zu sein.

Schönes Haus in Playa

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es liegt sehr schön in La Playa, fußläufig ca. 2 Minuten vom Spar Markt und 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist schön groß, war sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht, selbst Strandutensilien waren vorhanden (Sonnenschirm, Body Board, Sandspielzeug...). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein etwas schärferes Messer haben wir vermisst :-). Netter Garten mit 2 Terassen und einer einfachen Aussendusche zum Sand abspülen, sehr praktisch. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholung pur in ruhigem Haus mit schönem Garten, dennoch mitten im Geschehen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf La Gomera bei supertollem Wetter und haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa Los Médanos sehr genossen. Wir waren dort mit drei Personen, hatten ausreichend Platz und alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten. Jeden Morgen konnten wir im sonnigen Garten neben den Maracujas frühstücken und den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut: Ganz nah zum Meer und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Geschäften und Lokalen, dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein guter Ort, um nach einer Wanderung auszuspannen oder einen Nachmittag im Garten mit einem Buch zu verbringen und von der Hektik im Alltag Abstand zu gewinnen. Die Möblierung des Hauses ist eher einfach, dennoch ist die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche sehr gut, Garten und tolle Lage überzeugen.Das Haus scheint uns auch für Familien gut geeignet. Spiele und Spielzeug für Kinder, Strandutensilien usw. sind vorhanden.

Tolle Lage zwischen Stränden, Supermärkten und Restaurants

Positiv - 2 Min. zu den Supermärkten Spar bzw. "El Barrio" - 3 Min. zu Playa la Caleta (entspanntes Schwimmen + Restaurants an der Strandpromenade) - 10 Min. zur Playa Inglés (ruhiger Naturstrand mit großen Wellen) - Veranda lädt zum Abhängen ein (wir fanden sie in echt schöner als auf den Bildern) - auch Sofaecke im Wohnzimmer recht bequem - Gute Ausstattung in der Küche (u.a. Stabmixer, scharfe Messer, Gewürze) - ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße - Geckos, Libellen und Maracujas im Garten negativ - Matratze dünn, Lattenrost sehr fest. Ich hatte Rückenschmerzen, schlafe aber zu Hause auch recht weich. Meine Partnerin hatte weniger Probleme. Wer generell härter schläft hat garantiert kein Problem. In Sachen Sauberkeit auch alles top.

IDEAL

Simplemente maravilloso. La playa está muy cerca, caminando, sin necesidad de coger vehículo alguno, pues el aparcamiento es algo muy preciado en la zona. Los niños disfrutan muchísimo, ya que la playa no es nada peligrosa, incluso con marea alta. Además, tiene también muy cerca el super y la oficina de turismo. El inmueble es muy acogedor, todo muy limpio y cómodo para disfrutar la estancia. Qué más se puede pedir si se quiere disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Felicidades y no lo duden, visiten La Gomera!!!!

härligt o bekvämt hus med nära till allt

Vi , två pensionärspar är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Valle Gran Rey. Huset passade oss perfekt, bra utrymme i huset och fin altan, balkong o liten trädgård. Vacker utsikt mot de höga bergen bakom huset. Nära till allt, affärer, restauranger och stranden. Man kunde snabbt ta sig till vandringar upp i Valle Gran Rey. Det gick också att med buss ta sig längre upp i dalen för att sedan vandra hemåt nerför dalen. Vi fann ön mycket lugn o fridfull. Enkelt att ta sig från färjan till huset(10 euro med taxi). Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende och vi återvänder gärna.

Einfaches Haus, nah am Strand und Ort.

Die Beschreibung erweckt leider einen falschen Eindruck. Es ist ein Doppelhaus Menova A und B. Die Bilder sind gemischt aus A und B. Das Problem ist dass, das 2. Schlafzimmer in Haus B für das vorhandene Doppelbett zu klein ist. Es ist zwar ein ausziehbares Einzelbett vorhanden aber dann ist kein Bewegungsspielraum mehr. Das Bild des 2. Zimmers mit Doppelbett stammt aus Haus A. Celia musste uns auf Haus A umbuchen weil wir (2 Paare) Doppelzimmer erwartet hatten. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Auflagen in Haus A könnten erneuert werden.

Contact met verhuurster verliep prima en prettig. Het huis is zeer geschikt, ook voor langer verblijf. De ligging is rustig en op loopafstand van winkels, strand, restaurants e.d. Hele dag zon en schaduw in tuin. Keuken is redelijk goed voorzien, kruiden e.d. aanwezig. Twee mooie badkamers, voldoende warm water, handdoeken. Veel kastruimte in slaapkamers en goede bedden. Ruime woonkamer, fijne veranda. Goede wifi verbinding. Goed uitgangspunt voor tochten over het eiland. Valle Gran Rey is een zeer aangename verblijfplaats. Zeker aan te raden!

This house is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and in turn very close to everything. Less than 200 meters is the English beach and you can also find excellent German bakery and a small supermarket. No unpleasant noise, you usually hear the birds from the trees and the sound of the sea.

What makes this property unique


The customers really like, where the house is located, for your convenience, it is very relaxing to be in the garden and enjoy a good book, of the sun.
