This spacious house features a cozy living room, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a fun game room, and a relaxing backyard with a hammock, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Located in Panorama City, you`re close to shops, restaurants, and major LA attractions. Whether you`re here to work or unwind, this home has everything you need for a perfect stay.

HOUSE DIRECTIONS: Please enter `4154 Prasa Rd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, USA` to your google maps as sometimes Airbnb maps can make mistakes.
Once you arrive at the destination keep on driving until you see a U shape road and a view and a hiking trail at end and to your right you will see the houses and a road to those houses.
Our home is the second home to that little route and you also see the address number `4154` mounted on the garage wall.
Our home accommodates up to 9 guests Featuring cozy, featuring a game room with pool and foosball, a relaxing outdoor space with a hammock, fire pit, and seating, plus a cozy vanity nook. comfortable interiors and modern amenities, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining.
The spacious layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a serene backyard where you can unwind. this property is designed to make you feel at home.

Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.
No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
