Enjoy a fun-filled stay with a game room featuring ping-pong & arcade games, a dedicated workspace, and a private patio with a BBQ. Your ideal home base for adventure and relaxation.

Step into a bright, open-plan living area where you can unwind after a day of exploring. This home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, offering everything you need for a memorable stay.

Living Area: A comfortable space with a large TV and a cozy electric fireplace.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a coffee bar with a coffee maker to start your day right.
Game Room: A converted garage packed with fun, including a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and a classic Pac-Man arcade game.
Dedicated Workspace: A quiet spot with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.
Outdoor Space: A private back patio with seating and a BBQ grill for evening cookouts.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire townhouse during your stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, game room, and the back patio. Free parking is available for you in the driveway. Please note that two hall closets are kept locked for the owner's storage and are not accessible to guests.

We respect our guests' privacy so you can enjoy your vacation without interruption. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone should you need anything at all. Your comfort is our priority.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Quiet hours between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. This is an HOA rule.
Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Pets must be crated when left unattended at the property.
Owners are responsible for any damages caused by pets. Please use the pet sofa cover. It is located on the bottom shelf of the pantry.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean and so welcoming. We had everything we needed even for our short stay! Even though the grill was little, we put it to use and loved it. Absolutely recommend staying here, bang for your buck for sure!

We came down for a volleyball tournament and needed a place to rest our heads. The place was super clean, all the amenities you could want, and very close to everything. Sarah was very welcoming and communicated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again.
