Just 30 minutes from Downtown Burnsville and about an hour to Asheville, this cabin offers total seclusion without being far from dining, breweries, and outdoor adventure.

4x4 or AWD Required: Please note that the cabin sits at the top of a gravel driveway - four-wheel or all-wheel drive is REQUIRED to reach the ridge safely.

The most beautiful, peaceful, quaint cabin for a quick getaway with my husband. Perfectly secluded in a beautiful area of the NC mountains. Breathtaking views just outside the front door. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and more! We definitely want to come back when we can stay longer. One thing to note- you actually need 4wd to make it to this cabin. I’ve never had issues with my front-wheel-drive vehicle, but this driveway was a struggle for my Highlander. We had to leave the car halfway down the driveway and needless to say, this turned into a hiking adventure! All in all it was a great experience but we have definitely learned our lesson. The host (Jared) had great communication throughout this entire process. He even had a warning clearly described regarding the driveway and 4WD- we just didn’t read it! Overall, a wonderful time and a perfect cabin! Would highly recommend booking with Jared!
