You will reach your holiday villa Ocean Dream through a beautiful palm
avenue. The west-facing villa is located in a palm garden on a quiet
residential street in the southwest of Cape Coral.
Come in and immediately be engulfed in a holiday feeling. Beautiful
interior details underline the Coastal style, different blue accents
bring in the colour of the ocean.
A spacious living area with an open space concept and high ceilings
awaits you, as do wide window fronts, which can be fully opened onto
the terrace.
The heart of the villa is a kitchen equipped with high-quality
appliances, with a large kitchen island and luxurious quartz cover. A
utility room with washing machine and dryer is available as well.
All three bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. The
master suite and one guest room have direct access to the pool deck and
views of the canal.
The outdoor area with pool/spa and outdoor kitchen offers enough space
for all guests.
The pool is cleaned skin-friendly without chlorine via a salt system.
On the spacious terrace with lounge and deck chairs you can enjoy
sunbathing, atmospheric evening hours and fantastic sunsets.
Rent a boat and drive through the canals directly from the house to the
Gulf of Mexico. A boat deck with tiki, as well as a boat lift (13'000
pounds) are available.
