About this property

Lake Home With Heated Pool In Perfect Location

Cape Coral is the perfect choice for your beach vacation, and this home is ideally located for you to enjoy everything South Florida has to offer. The weather here in Cape is perfect, there is no crazy traffic as there is in other larger cities in FL, and there are tons of activities to enjoy.

There are amazing views of the lake from almost every room in the home. The oversized outdoor heated pool is located in a large screened-in lanai with a BBQ. The pool is south-facing, that means you will have sun all day. The home is located on a private lake with access to miles of canals. Use of 2 Kayaks, 2 fishing rods, and 4 bicycles are included with your rental. The home has 3 bedrooms. The master has a King size bed and the other 2 have Queens. There is also a foldout couch in the Family Room with a Queen bed. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, with plenty of couches to lounge around in and enjoy the views.

The living room has a fireplace and brand new 65" smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs (2 of them are also smart TVs). Use of HIGH speed Wifi, xbox 360 Kinect, DVD players, and cable TV are also included in your rental. The home has many amenities including washer/dryer,coffee maker, filtered water, toaster, blender, crockpot, board games, beach towels, life jackets and pool floats. Dock your boat on the private dock, or catch fish from the shore. Relax on the Lanai and enjoy the sun. If you enjoy cooking at home, all the utensils, pots/pans you will need are in the home. There is also a projection screen setup for the pool area. Watch movies in the evening while floating in the pool. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes!

*Please note there is a $50 per stay fee if you wish to use the pool heater to offset the significant electrical cost to run it.

The home is located near everything. Just a few of my favorite nearby attractions:
-Downtown Fort Myers, with all of it's great restaurants and nightlife, is an 11 minute drive/Uber away.
-Downtown Cape Coral is located 12 minutes away with great views of the river and a nice beach near Cape Coral Yacht Club.
-Sun Splash Water Park is a blast for the kids and is only 6 minutes away.
-Beautiful and fun Fort Myer's Beach is 33 minutes away.
-Peaceful Sanibel Island (#1 beach in the world to find seashells) is a 43 minute drive away.
-Pine Island is only 22 minute drive away (a very fun and eclectic fishing town).
-Siesta Beach (#1 beach of 2017 -Forbes Magazine) 79 minutes away.

Coming from the frozen tundra, our expectations from pics posted to what we saw was spot on!!All rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed.Lots of room to spread out. Laundry is right off kitchen. Open concept w/glass patio doors and fantastic views from each. Great pool w/a big sitting area.Lots to see and do just minutes away!Matt is a very attentive host.This wonderful relaxing place is on my Vrbo list to go back to!!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The lake and pool are nice. The house was clean throughout and well maintained. Close to restaurants and groceries. I would recommend fixing the lights in the terrace and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. A bit of traffic noise, but other than that, perfect.

The host came over and tried to fix it but couldn't. We didn't use the pool and that was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We were in town for a Baseball tournament and this was a great choice. The house was spotless! The pool and lake were perfect to keep our teens busy when we weren’t on the go. I’m pretty picky about where we stay and was super nervous but we felt so comfortable and were able to relax!

Spring Break

Flew down from Wisconsin for spring break, the house was easy to find, very clean and perfect for a home base to come back to everyday and relax. The pool is clean and warm. Property and lake is well kept. House layout is great for a family and has laundry and well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cooking necessities. The road is very busy but manageable. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this for your vacation.

Cape Coral vacation

The house was wonderful! Everything as described and was in a great location for a lot of different activities/dining and beaches. The house has everything you need but the location is on a busy road so you can hear traffic all day and night but the pool and lake are on the backside so that’s great! Matt was amazing and responded very quick with any problems or questions we had.
