Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used towels in tub or shower.
Checkout times are strictly enforced. After 10:15 am guests will be charged a $25 fee for every 15 minutes over the checkout time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace is decorative only. A $200 fee will be applied if used.
Home is non-smoking. A $200 fee will be applied if smoking or vaping in home occurs.
No pets or allowed. A $300 pet fee will be applied if pets stay in unit.

This was by far the best rental I have ever had! The house was immaculate, fashionable and welcoming. From the front door I felt at home. Great detail was given to every part of this house. I definitely will go back to stay again! Angela should really start renting in other states because we really enjoyed our stay!
I thought this was such a nice touch! Really made me feel special!

This truly was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate!!! Super clean and fresh smelling. The host was exceptional as well. Very responsive to messages and super nice! I would highly recommend this property for your stay. Will definitely book again if ever back in the area.
