We call this light-filled, third-floor flat, Piet’s Perch. It is filled with charm and all you need for a fabulous extended urban experience. The windows open onto a courtyard, letting in light and shielding you from city noise. Step outside and it’s a quick walk to the sites, great dining, music and more. This 3rd floor condo includes air conditioning and is 2.5 blocks from Whole Foods and 1 block from an Amazon Go, the ultimate in contact free shopping. We have weekly and monthly discounts to make an extended stay affordable. Bookings of 28+ days avoid the 10% city hotel taxes, this is just the law but knowing can save you.
 
Built in 1922 and converted to condos in 2007, Piet’s Perch is filled with charm and everything you'll need for a fabulous urban experience.
