We had an amazing stay at this River Retreat on the Toccoa River. The home is spacious, clean, and very well maintained — the five bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the layout made it easy to relax and spend time together.The riverfront setting is beautiful, and the hot tub overlooking the river was a highlight, especially in the evenings. The location is ideal: peaceful and secluded, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.The house was well stocked, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and communication with the host was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Blue Ridge area.

This house was absolutely beautiful. The layout is perfect and was so spacious for our 10 guests! The kitchen is amazing and well stocked with every utensil, pan, dish, glass, etc. you could ever need. It was so easy and fun to cook in this kitchen! The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. We loved having king size beds in 3 of the bedrooms. Our kids loved the bunk room with thoughtfully placed lights next to each bed. The bathrooms were so luxurious. Everything in the house is in pristine condition and looks brand new. We enjoyed fishing off the brand new dock, playing in the large flat backyard, relaxing in the hot tub, and hanging out on the screened porch where we enjoyed fires every night. Luke was a great host and responded so quickly any time I had a question. There is literally nothing I'd change about this property. It was the perfect retreat for our families to come together and relax, and we cannot wait to return!
