This property was very clean. It has an amazing back yard for lounging. There is a privacy fence with a locked gate making the home feel very secure. We were in town for our sons army graduation ceremony from Fort Sam Houston and the proximity to the base gates was very easy to navigate. We had one issue with a tripped breaker so we reached out to the host and she called us back within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
Host Stephanie was great at communicating. We asked for early check in and for 65 we could check in at 10a. Place was clean when we got there. The backyard is amazing, they really worked hard on it.
Everything was very fresh/new and clean and comfortable. The putting holes and hot tub are fun details and there is a nice sitting area in the back. Some of the neighboring houses are in poor condition, but the location is actually very quiet and private. Neighbors seemed for polite and it is a convenient location to get to downtown activities, Pearl markets and Brackenridge Park.
The house was perfect and fit all 7 of us comfortably. The backyard is gorgeous and very nicely done. We used hot tub several times. Host is very personable and responds almost immediately to any needs.
The host was super-responsive, writing back within the hour to completely answer any concern. The house was a perfect fit, well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained.
It was a great stay. We loved the hottub and the house was perfect size for us. The neighborhood this house is in is definitely older and more run down but the house is definitely upgraded and very nice. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Only wish was that the water was hotter. I had a head cold during our visit and longed for a hot steamy shower but it only got minimally warm.
We chose this house because the proximity was near a family reunion. A GOOD choice indeed! The home was immaculate, had fun spaces, especially outdoor, in which to relax, and was very well appointed. Our group of 8 fit VERY comfortably in the house. Walkability to coffee shops and the Pearl, which is chock full of casual eating and shopping options. The back and side yard were perfect hangout places because a tall, attractive, wooden fence gave us complete privacy. The hot tub (in February) was sparkling clean and fun whether at morning or night. The neighborhood is up and coming - which is okay by us, especially since the house is so wonderful. Part of the US Army base sits across the street - it is used for housing and training horses - not a bad view!We would stay there again in a heart beat.
Perfect getaway property close to many activities in mid-San Antonio. 7 minute drive to great dinner spots and the Riverwalk. Kitchen had all we needed for breakfast and the outdoor patio was perfect at the end of a long day.
Very clean, very comfortable! AC worked great which was important to our group. Communication was great and any issues promptly attended to. Would highly recommend!
