The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Please clean up your trash and throw out all your garbage. Trash bin is at the back of the property. If you exit on a Sun or Wed, please put the trash bin on the alley. Gate code is 16 18 12
Please wash all your towels upon exit. This REALLY helps with our turnovers. Also the door to the cottage needs to be pushed in a bit to lock

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is someone's home, not a business. We appreciate you caring for our home with respect. Any parties or shenanigans you will be asked to leave

About the host

Host profile image
I am a local realtor and have been a host in the area for nearly 15 years, I have owned my own properties and I manage them for clients. Many of my guests come to this area and love it so much they buy property here. I help them find homes and manage it for them as well.

Why they chose this property

We love Northwood for so many reasons. First, it's proximity to so much; Palm Beach Island, Downtown WPB, being so close to the airport and our awesome Village with some of my fab restaurants and shops.... French Grill, Celona, Cafe Centro, Mestizo, Malakor. But mostly because of the people who live here. This neighborhood is so "neighborly". People are friendly, there is a great sense of community here. We have an all volunteer steering committee who host food trucks, dog walker groups, children's groups and activities, the Home Tour each year is our biggest event with about 1500 people who come to tour some of our finest homes that have been renovated over the years. Our Christmas Tree lighting is my all time favorite. Neighborhood kids sing Holiday songs, play instruments, dance, we all bring snacks and treats then Santa comes on a fire truck. The kids go wild and get to meet with him for a photo op and tell him their gift ideas.
It is truly a magical neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in the early 1900's. Renovated without taking away that historical flavor. All the vintage with all the modern conveniences. This house has such a good vibe to it, comfortable, casual, yet chic and well appointed.
