Quiet and safe village home. Walk to the near by park that has in-ground pools, playground, volleyball and more! Upstairs loft with 2 twins and a Queen bed. This was my first home. I lived in this home for just under a decade and poured my heart into fixing it up and loving it. I am so excited to start this journey as a hostess. I have always enjoyed entertaining and feel so blessed that I have this opportunity to have families come and stay and enjoy this house as much as I have.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect blend of small town feel in a bustling setting. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You will see kids outside playing, people walking their dogs, neighbors outdoors gardening, people stop to say hello. It is a great community. There are parks within walking distance. Just a short drive will take you to our infamous Wegmans grocery store. Target and Walmart are just a mile away. The Galleria Mall is just a short drive. It is pretty centrally located to anywhere in Western NY!

What makes this property unique

I think my home radiates the love and warmth the minute you walk in the door. I am a very detail oriented person and try to ensure everyone feels right at home. I take pride in the cleanliness of every room from sanitizing the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly between guests but I also sanitize all the bedding too!
