The Space:

Oozing luxury, every element of Arrecife Beach House has been carefully thought through from start to finish. Situated within a private gated community in the beautiful Samana province, this five-bedroom residence comes complete with a butler, chef, housekeeper, and security team.



Push open the big, grand front door and be blown away by the view. Arrecife Beach House has floor-to-ceiling glass windows to showcase the gorgeous outlook but also to ensure the house receives optimal light at all times. The floors of this villa are made from Persian marble which feels decadent underneath your feet.



Enter the indoor living area decked out in warm greens, oranges, and turquoise colors and immediately feel at home. Make yourself comfortable on the couch and watch the sunset over the ocean and pool. The home cinema is located behind the guest bedrooms which is perfect for watching movies or even an online football match - whatever you fancy!



The house can sleep 10 people comfortably and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom decked out with Gilchrist and Soames amenities. The two master bedrooms open out onto a stunning terrace with stylish furniture and a view that will take your breath away. There is room for 10 people to sit here, making it perfect for a bottle of intimate celebratory champagne with the group while looking out over the ocean.



Step onto the back patio to be met by an infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Playa Moron. There are two jacuzzi’s - one sits next to the pool so you can cool down and the other is located right over the water on transparent glass. You can look down onto the ocean while you soak away, a glass of wine in hand.



Entertain the night away alfresco style with a full bar and BBQ while your guests relax under the stars at the round 12-seater table or draped across the various lounges on the deck and grassy area.



Arrecife Beach House is nestled within a private, gated community full of lush greenery. There are plenty of hiking trails near the villa should you wish to get out and take in the fresh air. You can arrive by car or yacht and you can also arrive by helicopter as the villa has access to a helipad just a few meters away.



Guest Access:

In addition to the whole villa guests have access to the pristine and secluded Playa Morón, the huge land of this private gated community also has plenty of hiking trails where you can enjoy nature to its fullest.



The Neighborhood:

Las Terrenas, located on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, is a hidden gem that captivates visitors with its untouched natural beauty, serene beaches, and vibrant, welcoming community. Unlike its more tourist-centric counterparts, Las Terrenas offers a tranquil retreat into nature, where lush green landscapes meet the azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. For those seeking an authentic yet diverse experience, Las Terrenas boasts a mix of local and international cuisine, vibrant culture, and the genuine hospitality of its residents. Activities available in the area include kayaking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing.



Getting Around:

The villa is a mere 5-minute helicopter ride or 30-minute drive from the airport of El Catey, a 25-minute drive from the beachfront town of Las Terrenas or a 30-minute drive from Samaná town.



In order to explore the Samaná area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.



Other Things to Note:

One round-trip airport transfer is included with your stay, offering a smooth and comfortable start and end to your visit.



A security deposit is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. The deposit is held by the Host and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.



Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.



For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.



When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
