The 'Garden Suite' is a spacious, purpose built, self-contained guest suite/apartment, with a separate private entrance and contactless self check-in via a lockbox.

The suite accommodates 1-3 adults (we don't accommodation children) and features a queen bed (in an open plan space), double bed (in a bedroom), living and dining room spaces, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and private garden courtyard with outdoor dining setting.

Located in Kenmore, in Brisbane's leafy inner western suburbs, we are conveniently situated just 10km from Brisbane's CBD, whilst being enviably positioned to benefit from the surrounding beauty and tranquility of the Cubberla Creek Reserve. We are within walking distance of a number of popular cafes and award winning restaurants, close to public transport (300m to bus and 3km to train) and just 21km from Brisbane's domestic and international airports. Our property is a beautiful, peaceful place.

Beautiful apartment in quiet location

This lovely apartment in suburban Brisbane was a perfect place for us to stay for a family gathering nearby. The apartment was immaculate with all mod cons for a very comfortable stay, and very reasonably priced for such a great place. The owner, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we would have no hesitation staying there again. Thanks Kelly for a wonderful stay. Keith and Glenda, Wollongong.

Paradise at the end of the Journey

My daughter and I drove up from Sydney and were looking forward to a hot shower and a good sleep. What we found surpassed our expectations. From the clear and up to date communication with Kelly, to the gorgeous apartment that answered all our needs. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked and welcoming. Shower was perfect. We did not want for anything. Air conditioning made it very comfortable as we are not used to the Brisbane heat. Close to the main road and shops but far away enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Definitely returning.

Our property is recently renovated, with purpose renovated guest accommodation, creating in effect, two homes within a home. We are set up to afford complete privacy and autonomy to both host family and our valued guests.

What makes this property unique

Walk to numerous cafes and restaurants one end of the street and picturesque creekside walking trails the other end of the street. Our property is effectively two homes in one - giving both host family and guests complete privacy and autonomy. Guests can come and go easily, with the convenience of contactless self check-in and your own private entry. We're just a call away for any questions... otherwise we like to get on with our days and leave guests to their space and privacy, to do the same.
