Check in was not good. The room was not ready on time which caused us to need to change our evening plans. The desk communication was not helpful nor friendly. When inquiring regarding the valet parking, directions from the staff were lacking and we had difficulty locating it. We were also told of on site paid parking however the payment kiosk wasn’t working for us or others. We ended up parking across the street in the greyhound garage. There was a wedding taking place in front of the hotel which we had to walk through during check in and to move our car- I doubt they appreciated that and we felt very bad about “crashing” their party. Checkout information was sent to us after we had left. The property is beautiful and has so much potential and I hope they work out these issues.
