Step into nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space that sleeps up to 17 guests. Each bedroom features its own theme inspired by iconic Florida destinations—Clearwater beaches, NASA adventures, Miami art vibes, and more—creating a fun and immersive experience for all ages.

Enjoy endless entertainment in your private home theater with 8 recliners, premium surround sound, and an HD projector. Upstairs, the fully equipped game room offers arcade consoles, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and additional gaming setups for friendly competition.

For me the most important thing was the constant communication with the owners. Had a minor issue and informed the owners. I got a very quick response and my problem was resolved fairly quickly. My children enjoyed the the water park as well as the house pool. We also loved the theater room, it was used a lot for movie night. The beds were comfortable. Each room was very clean and neat.The only thing that I would change would be to purchase better towels for drying off after taking a shower. My family really enjoyed ourselves, especially my children they did not want to leave.

We chose Windsor at Westside because it truly has everything we value in a vacation community: security, comfort, resort-style amenities, and the perfect location near Disney and Orlando’s top attractions. As a family, we love how peaceful and beautifully maintained the neighborhood is, while still being just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment.

The resort amenities were a major deciding factor for us, our daughter loves the splash pad and lazy river, and we enjoy the clubhouse, gym, and relaxing pool areas. The 24/7 gated security also gives us peace of mind, especially when hosting large families.

But what we love most are the lake views and the calm atmosphere. After a fun day at the parks, there’s nothing better than coming back to a quiet, safe, and relaxing community. It offers the ideal balance between excitement and tranquility.
