Perfect getaway

The stay was a perfect getaway and extremely family- and pet-friendly. We were greeted with a welcome basket full of goodies along with helpful guides on places to visit. It was great not having to pack a stroller or dog crate, which gave us extra space in the car. The home looked exactly like the pictures, the beds were very comfortable, and the heated pool and jacuzzi spa were fantastic. We also enjoyed the air hockey and billiards. The resort itself has an amazing splash pad for the kids along with great water slides. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again

Lovely spacious and beautifully decorated villa in Windsor Hills. We loved the decor, especially the games room and Toy Story room. Used the pool every day... The kid's swimming is greatly improved. Every thing you could possibly need is supplied - from a waffle maker to a pool table, comfy beds, washing machines and tumble dryers and pool heating. Very close to the Disney parks and Walmart is just up the road. Thank you Heather, we loved Sunshine Villa.

5 Stars! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Heather and Charlie were incredibly attentive hosts from start to finish. The house was decorated perfectly for a Disney vacation—every detail added to the excitement, especially for the kids.The pool was a huge hit, and watching the World Cup game from the hot tub was a highlight for the whole family. A special thank‑you to Heather for providing the soft cooler we used for our Disney park days. It was a total lifesaver for keeping the kids’ water and snacks cold.Travel tip: Walmart is super close and packed with Disney merchandise, but it gets extremely busy. Pickup or delivery is definitely the way to go if you’re on a time crunch.We loved this house and can’t wait to come back again next year!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Very Clean! 4 generations Disney trip and the house layout was the best especially with 2 master bedrooms & bathrooms, the upstairs was great for my daughters family and my grand angels LOVED the Toy Story room and bathroom! The game room was full of a good time for all ages! My 82 year old mom loved the Pac-Man arcade and we all loved playing pool and air hockey! The 2 Xbox’s were perfect for the “boys”. The kitchen was FULLY equipped! And the dining room was great for our home cooked meals. The living room is roomy, comfortable and easy to relax with everyone! The pool is beautiful and a lot of fun! Heather has very tastefully decorated with just the perfect amount of Disney touches. We added a day on the front end and asked for a little later check out the week prior and Heather was very accommodating. She was also super attentive and communicated quickly. If you read this far, I leave you with this… book this!

The Ultimate Family Vacation Home Near Disney

We just stayed 7 nights at Sunshine Villa. It's an unbelievable place to call home while on vacation. After a busy, hectic day at the parks, it was so relaxing to come back to the house in the evening for a swim or dip in the hot tub. Actually, more than once, someone in our group wanted to leave the park early and go back to the house. We usually stay at a Disney Resort, but there was 11 of us. I wanted us all to be together. It was a great value when you consider what the cost would've been to put 11 people in hotel rooms. The house had everything you could need. Every time we needed something, all we had to do was look for it, and it was there. The house is also very nicely decorated. Every room is beautiful. The Toy Story room was a big hit to the 6-year-old in our group. The beds were very comfortable. The game room was great. Having 2 sets of washers and dryers was very beneficial as well. Windsor Hills deserves a mention too. It is an unbelievable resort. So peaceful, safe and so very close to anything Disney. Between being at the parks every day and having our own pool/hot tub, we didn't use the resort amenities. We did tour them, and they looked very nice. I liked the resort so much, I'm considering buying a place there myself. I encourage you to consider renting Sunshine Villa. It will make your vacation a little more magical.

Our stay at Heather’s place was wonderful! The home was everything you could imagine and more! The layout was perfect in every way.
