**The Space**

Upon entry, you'll find a spacious living area with modern seating and a flat-screen Smart TV. The open floor plan is ideal for gathering and includes a stylish half-bathroom on the first floor.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs and conveniently located near a private dining area. It includes:

**Guest Access**

You will have private access to the entire home during your stay.

Please be aware that the house sits on a hill. Accessing the front door from the street requires walking up 30+ steps. Please keep this in mind when booking.

**House Rules**

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you treat our home with respect and observe the following rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
* This is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free property. A $200 fee will be charged if smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, or cigars) is detected.
* Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Only guests included in the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
* Please lock the door each time you leave the home.

**Important Information**

* **Guest & Party Policy:** Please input the correct number of guests, including children and pets. Any gathering larger than the stated guest count will be considered an unauthorized event and is subject to a $250+ fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

* **Pricing:** The home is attractively priced for smaller groups and shorter stays. Please input the correct number of guests for an accurate quote, as larger groups and longer stays are priced higher.

* **Check-in/Out Times:** We offer a complimentary extra hour for check-in (3 PM) or check-out (11 AM) based on availability. A guaranteed 1 PM check-in or check-out is available for a $60 fee. Any earlier check-in or later check-out requires booking the adjacent night.

* **Same-Day Bookings:** For bookings made after 1 PM for same-day arrival, please be aware that the home may not be fully ready until 6 PM. We will notify you promptly if this is the case.

* **Bedding:** In addition to the 4 beds that sleep 6 guests, we can provide an extra airbed upon request with advance notice.

* **Longer Stays:** Stays longer than one week require additional cleanings at a rate of $105 per clean.

* **Supplies:** Based on our average nightly stay of 2 nights we provide a limited amount of starter supply of essentials like coffee (10) paper towels (2), toilet paper (6), and soaps (fully filled). For longer stays or excessive use, you may need to purchase additional supplies at your own expense.

* **Security:** For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, exterior video surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home. This footage is private and not intended to infringe on your privacy.
