Looking for a stay that’s way cooler than a hotel? Welcome to your private 1,000 sq. ft. basement apartment, newly remodeled, full of charm, and set in one of Oxford’s most loved neighborhoods.
Your New Backyard BFFs
Yes, that’s a deer. And another. And probably eight more. You can see 10+ deer a day (babies included!) in our tree-lined, park-like backyard. It’s basically your own nature show, minus the subscription fee.

Vanity station with a 42-inch lighted LED mirror (because good lighting is everything)

Private patio with seating , perfect for coffee, cocktails, or deer-watching
Fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle, bottled water + a stocked coffee/tea bar*** Please note there is no kitchen sink or stove- but with all the great restaurants in town, we are sure you won’t miss it!
Driveway Parking- You have the left side of our double driveway- Fits 2 cars comfortably.
Ultraviolet (UV) germicidal light- long story short, our furnace has a hospital grade germ killer to keep us all safe!
No cleaning fee ever, we like to keep it simple
Bonus Points:
Our two sweet dogs might pop by outside to say hi (they are professional treat testers).

Under 2 miles to everything Miami University and Uptown Oxford has to offer. Dining, shops, nightlife, coffee spots, and more. Walk, bike, or hit the nearby OATS trail for a morning stroll. Under 8 miles to Hueston Woods State Park.

Remove personal items
DO NOT use the fireplaces- they are inoperable currently.
The house is on one thermostat- please yell if you are hot/cold and we can adjust from upstairs. You are also more than welcome to open/close the ceiling vents. These are in both bedroom areas.
Leave the beds you slept in unmade — no need to strip or make them.
Place all used towels in the bathroom hamper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
