Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is 11:00am. Place all cleaned dishes in drying rack. Placed all used towels/washcloths in laundry basket. Leave bed linens, cleaning will remove. Remove any opened food or drink.
Place all trash in outside brown cans. Double check for personal items, phones, chargers, socks, ect. Lock all doors, leave spare key(s) on kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Open Flames or Candles. No pets allowed. Do not start fire in fireplaces, they are not functional.
No events or parties allowed (host approval required). No extra overnight guests (host approval required). No disruptive noises between 10pm-10am.
