The Charming Wine Country Retreat is in a great central location very near Bel Aire Plaza (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, etc.) and about 10 minutes from downtown Napa and 12 minutes from Yountville andissue within 20 minutes of 100 wineries and tasting rooms.The only cleanliness issues were the prior tenants left a lot of items in the freezer and refrigerator and the floors were not well cleaned. The hosts promptly sent a cleaning service after being notified of this iisue. They also purchased a new vacuum cleaner for the property. When the garage door spring broke they had a repairman there by 8:30 the next day and were very responsive to all of our requests.The property itself is well appointed including a Phillips espresso/coffee machine we enjoyed daily. It was very spacious for the 3 of us and could accomodate 6 with the Murphy bed (which we never used, but the room is a great private office space!). The outdoor space is fantastic with grill, multiple seating spaces, fire pit and hot tub all overlooking a creek and wooded area. The only issue is that with the arrival of spring, it also meant the arrival of birds that left evidence behind on the the dining table and other uncovered areas of the space.The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with good access to walking and biking trails.We will definitely consider returning on future Napa Valley trips.
