We enjoyed a long weekend away in wine country with our fur babies. The house was perfect! The house was full stocked and perfectly located! The house was clean and super comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the time there! We look forward to returning to the house! The property manager was awesome and made to that all was well! Great communication!

Perfect Napa House for the weekend!

This house is super clean, well equipped, and centrally located. The owner was extremely gracious and timely in his response. The house was close to the 29 Highway and just a short drive to most wineries. It is the perfect house for a weekend getaway. I will stay her again when returning to Napa! Book your trip with this property you wont be disapointed!

Excellent VRBO in Napa!

We stayed at this VRBO and used it as a home plate for our visit to Napa. Excellent location and a great place for 3 couples to socialize and visit local wineries. Hot tub was nice and kitchen fit our needs to a T! Highly recommended.

Great stay for three couples. Close to town. Hot tub was warm, heat/AC worked well. Great communication with host. Lots of space for cooking. Safe neighborhood. Shower pressure isn’t great but the beds are.

Great wine country stay!

The property was clean and accurately matched the listing. We visited for a family wine-country vacation and found the location to be perfect for us. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, but the correspondence with the hosts was quick and easy. They promptly dispatched a technician to fix the hot tub and we were able to use it before we left. I would recommend staying here!

This is a great find! Cute house centrally located to everything that we wanted go to. Very clean and comfortable. Contact with management could have been a lot better as the hottub did not work for a while and then we were locked out on our last night as they changed the code on us. We were able to get back in but it took a few hoops.

Adorable House

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. House was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion to the property owners is to put up better curtains in the two bedrooms facing east. The light comes up pretty early and the sheer curtains isn't enough to block the light. Besides that the house is great and location is perfect.

The home was very nice and clean. Only 2 things to improve.. 1.The liner shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced. 2 The controller for the living room fan didn't work. It was a great location and a very comfortable home. Hot Tub instructions/directions need to be clearer.

Perfect home away from home

Four of us from Michigan spent four nights on our trip to Napa Valley. Home was conveniently located in a super quiet and private neighborhood. Open concept floor plan with up to date, well-equipped kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, great gas range and oven. Comfortable living and dining areas. Television with Netflix, YouTube and Peacock ready to go. Three bedrooms with comfortable king or queen beds, one with en-suite bathroom and shower, with second full bathroom, all updated. Outdoor office/yoga room is cute and quiet. Outdoor deck with string lights, table for 6-8, clean Weber grill and nice Hot Springs hot tub. Really a great place to cook, relax and enjoy after a day of wine tasting. Highly recommended!

Just What We Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was smooth from the booking onward. I received quick confirmation and timely information about the rental as my stay drew near. Once we got to the property our group of 5 (2 couples, 1 single) found we had plenty of room for privacy and to move around in the common areas. The property was very clean and the kitchen was modern and had items we needed for preparing a meal. Using the fireplace was forbidden. Disappointing but we understood why. The yard looked more bare than the photos but the hot tub worked and that was relaxing. The property is an easy drive to and from wineries and restaurants. We found it to be a convenient location. One suggestion, get a brighter bulb by the front door. It's hard to see the step at night.

Great location, nice house, could make some improvements

We had a great time staying at this home. The back yard was wonderful, and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location for exploring Napa and Sonoma, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We appreciated the extra towels for the hot tub, and coffee filters, etc. We also appreciated seating for 6 in the kitchen, living room and on the patio. The owners could improve this home by doing some additional maintenance, cleaning and adding some additional items to the kitchen: 1). Floors under beds and couches were dirty, and spilled snack food was under the couch. Cleaning team needs to do a better job cleaning. 2). Patio table was rickety and screws need to be tightened or table should be replaced. 3). Owners should make sure property managers/cleaners insure that grill is cleaned properly between renters and that the grease tray is emptied. This is a common issue in rentals and is a fire hazard. 4). Owners should include additional items in kitchen for those not eating out every evening. There were no measuring cups for dry ingredients or liquids, no mixer, no crockpot, no large rimmed pans for roasting veggies, and minimal storage containers. These are basic items in all rentals that were missing in this rental. I left feedback directly to the property management team before we left the property, but there was no acknowledgement from the PM team. Would definitely consider staying here again if these small improvements/additions were made.
