My wife and I had the best time here. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us and the views of the beach were incredible. We've already made reservations to come back in November for my daughter's wedding! Thanks again Jay!

This place is amazing. We had our own little private place on the beach. We had a balcony to sunbathe, just feet to the ocean, beautiful views, and everything we needed for our stay. Restaurants in walking distance, Clearwater just a few miles away, places to book for ocean dinner cruises, dolphin sightings, Clearwater Aquarium, and much more. Highly recommended and we hated leaving. It was our honeymoon cottage and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Unfortunately, the listing did not accurately reflect our experience with this property.The unit was much smaller than we anticipated based on the photos and description. While it does have a view of the Gulf, the balcony/deck is shared with the other units, which was not what we expected from the listing. The deck itself was extremely sun-worn and outdated, with rough wood that was very splinter-prone. The outdoor furniture was cheap, worn, and falling apart.There were similar issues inside. The coffee table shown in the listing photos was different from what was actually in the unit, and the one we had was broken and literally taped together. The couch was also badly in need of a steam cleaning and looked like it had seen one too many parties.There were also some important details that weren't clear before booking. The listing says the property sleeps five, but the check-in instructions state that only four people are allowed on the property and that additional guests may be subject to fees. The listing also did not make it clear that this is a second-floor unit, which is something guests should know before booking.The biggest positive is the location. It is directly on the beach, and there is an amazing restaurant very close by. Unfortunately, those things weren't enough to make up for the condition of the property or the differences between the listing and what we actually found when we arrived.Would not stay here again, would not recommend it to friends/family.

The host was welcoming and had great communication. Facility had everything we needed. Location was perfect and had a great breakfast and lunch restaurant within steps.I would recommend it be listed in the advertising that it is a second floor unit. For anyone who has trouble with stairs, this may not be the best unit. We did not realize until we got there.Overall, it was comfortable and in a perfect location.
